Are WPC deck tiles approved for use on condominium balconies

Are WPC deck tiles approved for use on condominium balconies?

Yes, our deck continue to be approved time and again for condo balconies, terraces and many other purposes simply because they're well suited and specifically designed for these applications.  The deck floats on concrete flooring or roofing material requiring no nailing, glue or screws. Furthermore, WPC decking provides optimal water drainage if the surface has been graded correctly.  If you have any doubts, we encourage you to check with your board before proceeding.

Do the rails butt tight or need a gap for expansion?

The rails should be gapped ¼" between when installed by face mounting to the posts.
